Entity1290 World LLC, acting through 1290 World Connections and publicly known as Twelve Ninety Connections ("TNC")

AudienceParticipants in TNC-controlled or TNC-supported experiences

Effective DateThe date this version is accepted for a new account.

Prior versionsThis version applies to new acceptances. Earlier accepted versions, signed copies, decisions, and receipts remain valid and retrievable.

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND INCORPORATION

These TNC Experience Participation Terms ("Experience Terms") govern participation in TNC-controlled or TNC-supported meetings, consultations, sessions, programs, workshops, Rooms, Tables, Circles, dinners, conferences, interviews, recruiting activities, demonstrations, virtual gatherings, hybrid gatherings, and other experiences (each an "Experience").

These Experience Terms supplement the TNC Ecosystem Participation Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Communications Notice, Recording & Transcription Notice, Accessibility Notice, applicable Network terms, and any Experience-specific invitation, registration, schedule, release, venue term, payment term, or code of conduct.

The Integrated TNC Platform is the single end-to-end TNC-controlled system through which public and authenticated interactions are delivered and administered. The Website, public pages, forms, T.E.A., and authenticated portal interfaces are its public-facing frontend. The governed private CRM backend is its administrative, workflow, record, permission, audit, and command surface. The two surfaces are not separate providers or separate participant relationships. A person receives only the access authorized for that person; public interaction never grants backend access.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Experience" includes a virtual, in-person, hybrid, or related interaction organized, hosted, facilitated, listed, sponsored, or supported by TNC.

"Host" means TNC or another person or organization authorized to administer the identified Experience.

"Venue" includes a physical location, video or meeting provider, Room, Circle, Table, portal, or other environment used for the Experience.

"Participant" includes an attendee, registrant, invitee, speaker, host, sponsor, exhibitor, service provider, volunteer, or other approved person.

3. ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION, AND ADMISSION

Participation may require identity, age, affiliation, authority, relationship, payment, invitation, capacity, safety, sanctions, jurisdiction, or other verification. Registration, payment, a calendar invitation, or a ticket is not admission unless the required acceptance and admission record exists.

An invitation or admission is personal and nontransferable unless the Experience-specific instrument permits transfer. TNC may require identification and may refuse, delay, condition, or revoke admission for capacity, safety, security, legal, conduct, eligibility, payment, or other legitimate reasons.

A minor may participate only through an expressly approved age-appropriate process with the required parent, guardian, or authorized-representative involvement.

4. EXPERIENCE-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

The Experience-specific invitation or registration should identify the date, time, time zone, location or access method, organizer, expected duration, material eligibility, price, cancellation and refund terms, accessibility method, recording or media state, confidentiality state, and any special risk or conduct rule.

If the Experience-specific instrument conflicts with these Experience Terms, the more specific instrument controls the stated Experience subject. A marketing page or calendar description does not override the accepted instrument.

5. CONDUCT AND RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION

Participants must act lawfully and respectfully and must follow reasonable Host, Venue, security, accessibility, confidentiality, and safety instructions.

Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, stalking, violence, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, exploitation, intimidation, unwanted sexual conduct, disruptive intoxication, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, repeated unwanted contact, disclosure of private information, weapons where prohibited, and conduct that materially interferes with the Experience or another person’s safety or participation.

TNC may warn, restrict, relocate, remove, suspend, terminate, or refer a Participant where reasonably necessary. Removal from one Experience does not automatically determine every other TNC relationship, but the conduct may be considered where relevant to safety, trust, authority, or legal risk.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND EMERGENCIES

Participants must use reasonable care, follow emergency and Venue instructions, and promptly report an immediate safety concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first when appropriate.

TNC may change the format, capacity, location, schedule, access method, or participation requirements to address safety, public-health, weather, security, provider, legal, accessibility, or operational conditions.

TNC is not a medical provider and does not make medical fitness determinations. A Participant is responsible for personal health decisions and should obtain professional advice where needed.

7. ORDINARY RISKS AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

In-person and hybrid participation may involve ordinary risks of travel, transportation, public spaces, food, alcohol, physical movement, equipment, weather, communicable illness, third parties, and interaction with other Participants. Virtual participation may involve provider, network, device, privacy, distraction, recording, or cybersecurity risks.

Each Participant is responsible for personal travel, lodging, transportation, property, insurance, licenses, work authorization, accessibility information voluntarily supplied, and compliance with applicable law unless a separate written instrument expressly assigns responsibility to TNC.

These Terms do not waive liability or rights that cannot lawfully be waived, and they do not release TNC for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits TNC from limiting.

8. ALCOHOL, SUBSTANCES, AND AGE-RESTRICTED ACTIVITY

Where alcohol is available, Participants must comply with age, identification, Venue, licensing, service, transportation, and conduct requirements. No Participant is required to consume alcohol.

TNC or the Venue may refuse service or remove a person whose conduct creates a safety, harassment, disruption, or legal risk. Illegal drugs, misuse of controlled substances, and impaired driving are prohibited.

9. VIRTUAL AND HYBRID ACCESS

A virtual or hybrid Participant is responsible for a reasonably compatible device, internet connection, audio or video configuration, and private environment appropriate to the Experience.

Access links, meeting IDs, passwords, and invite-only Rooms must not be shared. TNC may use waiting rooms, authentication, participant names, host approval, screen-sharing limits, recording controls, chat restrictions, and other safeguards.

Technical problems do not automatically create a refund, extension, or alternate Experience unless the applicable schedule states otherwise or law requires a remedy.

10. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS

TNC will provide reasonable accessibility support for TNC-controlled Experiences. A Participant should request an accommodation as early as reasonably possible, but late requests will be considered in good faith.

An accommodation request may involve format, communication, seating, mobility, captions, interpretation, dietary information, sensory needs, support person, scheduling, or another reasonable modification. TNC may request only the information reasonably necessary to evaluate and implement the request.

A third-party Venue or provider may have separate responsibilities and limitations. TNC will coordinate within its control and will not retaliate for a good-faith request.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVATE SPACES, AND INTRODUCTIONS

An Experience may be public, private, invitation-only, confidential, Chatham House-style, organization-restricted, Circle-restricted, Room-restricted, or subject to another stated confidentiality level.

A Participant must not disclose confidential, proprietary, personal, Candidate, Client, search, investment, organization, security, or private relationship information beyond the authorized audience. Admission to an Experience does not grant access to another Participant, account, contact list, workspace, or confidential record.

An introduction, shared table, seating arrangement, chat, or attendee list does not guarantee a continuing relationship, response, opportunity, transaction, or consent to later marketing.

12. RECORDING, TRANSCRIPTION, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA

Recording and transcription require the TNC Recording & Transcription Notice and the consent or notice required for the participants, purpose, channel, and jurisdiction. A Participant must not secretly record a private Experience.

Photography, livestreaming, press access, quotation, testimonial use, and other public or commercial media use require the applicable Public & Commercial Participation authorization. Recording consent is not publicity consent.

The Experience-specific instrument must state the approved recording and media state. A camera-on request does not itself authorize recording or publication.

13. EXPERIENCE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TNC, speakers, hosts, sponsors, Participants, and third parties retain the rights they lawfully hold in their materials. Participation grants no right to reproduce, distribute, sell, train a model on, publish, or create a competing product from Experience content except as expressly permitted.

A Participant grants TNC a limited license to use submitted Experience content for the authorized audience and purpose, subject to the applicable confidentiality, privacy, recording, and public-commercial terms.

Materials are provided for the stated informational or relationship purpose and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, medical, or other licensed advice unless a separate agreement expressly provides that service.

14. THIRD-PARTY HOSTS, VENUES, SPONSORS, AND PROVIDERS

A third-party Host, Venue, sponsor, speaker, vendor, transportation provider, caterer, lodging provider, or technology provider may impose separate terms and privacy practices. TNC does not control an unrelated third party outside TNC’s direction.

A sponsor or exhibitor does not automatically receive Participant contact information. Any data disclosure must be identified, purpose-limited, and supported by the required consent or other lawful authority.

15. FEES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

An Experience may be free, included in another relationship, separately priced, sponsored, hosted, or custom. The accepted registration or commercial schedule controls price, taxes, deposits, payment timing, capacity, transfer, included items, and any expense responsibility.

Payment does not guarantee admission, a named attendee, introduction, speaking role, sponsorship value, result, or continuing relationship. Payment and admission must remain separately receipted.

16. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS, AND FORCE MAJEURE

The Experience-specific schedule controls Participant cancellation, TNC cancellation, rescheduling, substitutions, credits, refunds, nonrefundable costs, deadlines, and notice methods.

TNC may cancel, postpone, relocate, convert format, or modify an Experience for safety, weather, health, Venue, provider, legal, security, speaker, capacity, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. TNC will provide the remedy stated in the controlling schedule and any remedy required by law.

Travel, lodging, wage, opportunity, or incidental costs are not reimbursable unless the accepted instrument expressly says otherwise.

17. SPEAKERS, HOSTS, SPONSORS, AND REPRESENTATIONS

A speaker or Participant speaks for themselves unless the Experience clearly identifies an authorized organizational role. Participation does not imply TNC endorsement, partnership, employment, agency, sponsorship, or verification of every statement.

Sponsors, compensated speakers, and persons with material connections must make the disclosures required by law and the TNC Public & Commercial Participation Terms.

18. T.E.A., THE INTEGRATED PLATFORM, AND EXPERIENCE RECORDS

T.E.A. may support registration, navigation, accessibility, scheduling, questions, matching, introductions, moderation support, summaries, and follow-up within authorized limits. It may not independently admit, remove, record, publish, contract for, charge, or create a consequential relationship without the required authority.

Authorized Experience activity may create source-tagged backend records for registration, eligibility, payment status, attendance, permissions, accessibility, recording, conduct, incident, follow-up, and verified relationship outcomes. A private Experience record is not public because it exists in the backend.

19. INCIDENTS, REPORTING, AND ENFORCEMENT

A Participant may report a safety, harassment, accessibility, privacy, security, recording, conduct, or other concern through the Host, applicable portal, or TNC contact method.

TNC may investigate and preserve relevant evidence, communicate with affected persons, restrict participation, impose conditions, remove a person, contact the Venue, provider, organization, emergency services, or authorities, or take another proportionate action as permitted by law and contract.

A complaint, investigation, or proposed action must not be represented as a final finding before the required review and record exist.

20. NO GUARANTEE

An Experience does not guarantee attendance by a named person, admission, access to another Participant, a response, introduction, employment, hire, placement, funding, investment, partnership, speaking opportunity, publicity, revenue, friendship, or other result.

Any express service commitment must appear in the controlling Experience or commercial instrument.

21. RECEIPTS AND EVIDENCE

TNC should preserve, as applicable, the Experience ID and version; invitation or registration; Participant identity and authority; accepted terms; price and payment status; eligibility and admission; date, time, time zone, location, access method, attendance, recording/media state, confidentiality, accessibility, conduct, cancellation, incident, and closeout records.

Registered is not admitted. Admitted is not attended. Attended is not recorded. Recorded is not public. A conversation is not consent to further contact. Each state must remain separately evidenced.

22. CHANGES, SPECIFIC TERMS, AND SURVIVAL

TNC may update these Experience Terms. Material changes require notice or reacceptance where required. An Experience-specific instrument may impose additional rules and controls its stated subject.

Confidentiality, intellectual property, payment obligations, evidence preservation, incident records, dispute provisions, recording/publicity limitations, and other provisions that by their nature survive remain effective after the Experience ends.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Kansas law governs unless a controlling Experience, Venue, Network, or mandatory law lawfully provides otherwise. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Sedgwick County, Kansas, subject to nonwaivable rights and Venue-specific requirements.
